High Uniformity: The powerful, robust evaporation source with a staggered ceramic boat arrangement provides excellent coating uniformity, with coating thickness uniformity below ±5% guaranteed.

Short Waiting Time: Inverter Frequency Control and the short pump tube in the Vacuum System minimize pumping time. No edge shields to adjust and clean, nor drum cleaning required, dramatically increasing productive time.
