1. Product Description

The DCS-1000 Jumbo Bag Quantitative Packing Scale is designed for automatic weighing and filling of bulk powder, granule, and other free-flowing materials into jumbo bags (FIBC / big bags).

The machine can be integrated with feeding, conveying, batching, mixing, dust collection, and automatic control systems to form a complete weighing and packaging line.

It provides high weighing accuracy, stable operation, and efficient packaging, making it suitable for continuous industrial production.

2. Application

3. Main Features

① High-precision weighing control
Equipped with an intelligent weighing controller and automatic compensation function to ensure stable and accurate weighing.

② Fast and slow dual-speed feeding
The machine automatically switches between fast feeding and fine feeding, improving packaging efficiency while maintaining weighing accuracy.

③ Automatic tare deduction
After the empty jumbo bag is installed, the system automatically deducts the bag weight before filling.

④ Automatic bag clamping and releasing
The bag inlet is securely clamped during filling. After the target weight is reached, the system automatically releases the bag.

During filling, the lifting frame can move automatically to assist material filling and improve the compactness of the material inside the jumbo bag.

4. Working Process

Step 1 — Bag Hanging

The operator hangs the four lifting loops of the empty jumbo bag onto the bag hooks and positions the bag inlet onto the filling spout.

The bag clamping device then securely seals the bag inlet.

Step 2 — Automatic Tare

The weighing system automatically detects and deducts the weight of the empty bag before filling begins.

Step 3 — Fast Feeding

The feeding mechanism starts at high speed.

The weighing controller continuously monitors the material weight in real time. During filling, the lifting mechanism can automatically adjust the bag position to help the material settle evenly.

Step 4 — Fine Feeding

When the material weight approaches the preset target, the system automatically switches from fast feeding to slow/fine feeding.

Once the preset packaging weight is reached, the feeding system stops automatically.

Step 5 — Automatic Bag Release

After weighing and filling are completed, the bag clamping device opens and the four bag hooks automatically release the lifting loops.

The filled jumbo bag can then be transferred by forklift, pallet, trolley, or conveyor system, depending on the production line configuration.

5. Optional Complete Line Configuration

The jumbo bag packing scale can be integrated with:

Material Feeding → Conveying → Weighing → Jumbo Bag Filling → Dust Collection → Bag Discharging/Conveying
