• Function

The DSL-1500S high-performance CNC slitting machine is specialized in slitting flexible materials such as lithium-ion battery separators.
The equipment mainly includes the following basic functions:
——The winding independent servo control winding method.
——Large screen touch based human-machine operating system.
——Unwinding and rewinding with CNC AC servo drive.
——Horizontal moving knife holder, circular cutting method.
——Automatic control of unwinding tension.
——Automatic control of winding tension/taper.
——Roll up and remove static electricity function.
——Reserve installation positions for defect detection.
——Vacuum suction device at the cutter shaft (option).
——Double side dust sticking device at the winding point (option).
